"Around here (the Puget Sound area) most of the roadside political campaign signs are 24 inches long by 18 inches high and made from a material called coroplast. I wait until a day or two after an election and then go out and harvest the leftover signs and recycle them into bicycle fenders. While these fenders may not look very fancy, they work real well and are very light and inexpensive..."
