City Commissioner Sam Adams Blog Voted Best of Portland

In 2005, Winning Mark recieved its first major award for a campaign blog with www.commissionersam.com, a blog where Sam and his staff chronicle their daily responsibilities in the City Commissioners office and allows site visitors to engage in dialogue with Commissioner Sam and his team.
