As Head of Operations, Ashley oversees Winning Mark’s business operations and partners in developing People and Culture. She also serves as a lead strategist, with expertise in print campaigns. Ashley relishes in understanding campaigns’ goals, drivers, and needs in order to develop and implement winning strategies. With a background in progressive media, she has helped a number of local, statewide, and national campaigns cross the finish line. In her free time, Ashley can be found buying more books than she can read and exploring the West Coast with her partner and her beagle, Minnie. A Dominican-American, she considers herself to be a platano connoisseur.
